The informatics explosion which has characterized the last decade has modified almost all the habits of peopl e’s daily life. Art has soon begun to exploit the possibilities the new means offer. How has literature reacted? At the moment, there are different examples of literary works created for the web, some of which could not exist without the possibilities the web offers. Is the informatics revolution going to modify once and for all the concepts of author, work of art and market? Are we witnessing a radical change from the point of view of culture and its enjoyment?
